The purpose of this project is to add back into Fallout 2 all the missing content (locations, NPCs, quests, items, etc) that were pulled or left unfinished in the original game. Sex Appeal is a trait in Fallout 2 and a cut trait in Fallout. This trait improves reaction towards the protagonist of members of the opposite sex. Unfortunately, this trait also worsens the reaction of members of their own. This trait does not factor into the interactions with non-human characters, meaning that no bonus will be gained with a female ghoul as a male character. Fallout 2 introduces quests and moral decisions with mature subtext: the player can choose various lifestyles for the main character. German Release - 2 violence levels available - the two most brutal settings are missing; The German and UK version includes further censoring. For example, there are no children in the game.

Background

After World War II, the country was divided into three distinct states, the German Democratic Republic (East Germany), the Federal Republic of Germany (West Germany), and the Republic of Austria.

By 2060, as the European Commonwealth dissolved, the country fell into disarray, bickering and quarreling with its neighbors over the last few remaining resources on Earth.

Country of origin of the creators of the renowned PPK12 Gauss Pistol, M72 Gauss rifle, MP9 10mm SMG and the Vindicator minigun. Germany also had some sort of human mutation experiment program for creating super warriors.^[1]

Little is known about the country outside the few references mentioned above, although the presence of Gauss rifles in mainland United States in copious amounts as well as employment of a strikingly similar weapon system by the Chinese implies the Germans had equal opportunity business deals with both sides of the Great War.
