There are no win10 drivers from Ericsson and Lenovo for the F5521gw. And the most likely they will not be available further. So, use win7 drivers in the compatibility mode, there are mentions about success on the forum (probably, win8.1 drivers will work too). Twist S230U Mobile Broadband - Driver not recognized. Thus, I canot use the 3g sim card I own, and it's kind of figure it out. I installed all the drivers I could find for windows 8.1, and it the device doesn't appear in the Device Manger list after installation.

There is a lot of trouble with install H5321 gw (gps + wwan) on Windows 10.
I’ve got often: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE – Driver Power State Failure.
